    Itinerary:

    Day 1: Arrival in Tangier – City Visit

    Upon arrival in Tangier, we begin our tour with a guided visit of the city:

    Cape Spartel, where the Atlantic and Mediterranean meet
    Hercules Caves, a mythological symbol of the region
    Tangier Medina, with its historic alleys
    Grand Socco and Petit Socco

    Tangier impresses with its cosmopolitan soul, its international history, and the breathtaking view over the Strait of Gibraltar. Overnight in hotel or riad.

    Day 2: Tangier – Tetouan – Chefchaouen

    After breakfast we depart toward Tetouan, a city with Andalusian heritage and a UNESCO medina. We then continue to Chefchaouen, the famous Blue City, nestled among the Rif Mountains.

    Free time to explore the blue-painted streets, Plaza Uta el-Hammam and the artisan markets. Overnight in a traditional riad.

    Day 3: Chefchaouen – Volubilis – Meknes – Fes

    We leave Chefchaouen heading to the Roman ruins of Volubilis, a UNESCO archaeological site famous for its perfectly preserved mosaics.

    We continue to Meknes, an imperial city, with visits to:

    • Bab Mansour
    • The historic walls
    • The medina

    In the afternoon arrival in Fes, the cultural and spiritual capital of Morocco. Overnight in riad.

    Day 4: Guided Visit of Fes

    A full day dedicated to discovering Fes el-Bali, one of the largest medieval medinas in the world:

    • Al Quaraouiyine University, the oldest still operating university
    • Bou Inania Madrasa
    • Chouara Tanneries
    • Artisan souks and historic quarters

    Visit to the Royal Palace, the Jewish quarter Mellah and panoramic viewpoints over the city. Overnight in Fes.

    Day 5: Fes – Middle Atlas – Ifrane – Ziz Valley – Merzouga

    Departure south crossing the Middle Atlas. Stop in Ifrane, known as the “Switzerland of Morocco”, and in the cedar forest of Azrou, home to macaques.

    We cross the Ziz Valley, famous for its palms, until reaching Merzouga, at the gates of the Sahara desert.
    In the afternoon camel excursion among the dunes of Erg Chebbi and spectacular sunset. Dinner and overnight in desert camp.

    Day 6: Merzouga – Desert – Nomadic Culture

    Day dedicated to discovering the Merzouga desert:

    • Visit to Berber nomadic families
    • Traditional Gnawa music
    • Exploration of the dunes in 4×4
    • Relax among the golden dunes

    The desert offers silence, starry skies and a timeless atmosphere. Dinner and overnight in desert hotel or luxury camp.

    Day 7: Merzouga – Todra Gorges – Dades Valley

    After sunrise in the desert, departure toward the spectacular Todra Gorges, natural canyons with imposing walls.

    Continuation toward the Dades Valley, famous for its kasbahs, Berber villages and rock formations. Dinner and overnight in hotel or riad.

    Day 8: Dades Valley – Ouarzazate – Ait Ben Haddou – Marrakech

    We cross the Valley of Roses and arrive in Ouarzazate, the capital of Moroccan cinema.

    We visit the famous Ait Ben Haddou Kasbah, a UNESCO site, before crossing the Tizi n’Tichka Pass in the High Atlas Mountains. Arrival in Marrakech in the late afternoon. Overnight in riad.

    Day 9: Visit of Marrakech

    Last day dedicated to discovering Marrakech, the red city:

    • Jemaa el-Fna Square
    • Koutoubia Mosque
    • Bahia Palace
    • Saadian Tombs
    • Traditional souks
